Lead Counsel of GWR Law
Meet Gregory Reaume
Under the leadership of Gregory Reaume, GWR Law brings together sophisticated legal counsel and practical construction know-how. Greg’s connection to the industry began long before he became an attorney, working in his family’s construction companies in Los Angeles, where he gained hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects.
Academically inclined from an early age, Greg stepped away from the industry to pursue graduate studies in psychology at the University of Washington. During this time, he also served as an adjunct professor, teaching psychology and statistics for the Los Rios Community College District.
Ultimately, his path led him back to construction and real estate—this time through the legal profession. Greg’s experience spans the full spectrum of legal practice, including transactional work, complex litigation, and in-house counsel roles. He has worked at leading construction litigation firms on matters involving projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
He later moved in-house with Kiewit, a multinational contractor specializing in heavy civil construction, where he gained firsthand insight into the legal and operational challenges faced by large construction organizations.
